At Pelvora, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods or around public holidays, processing time may extend up to 48 hours.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries
