Please note:
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be in processing and we may not be able to cancel it. If we successfully cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your Order Number, your name, and the email address used for the purchase.
- We will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization.
Items must be returned in original condition, with minimal signs of use (reasonable testing is allowed). Excessive or prolonged use beyond normal trial may not qualify for a full refund. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.
If your item arrives damaged or defective (not due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at pelvorasupport@gmail.com and include clear photos of the damage.
We will review your case promptly and arrange a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping where applicable) in accordance with UK Consumer Rights.
Please note: Damaged packaging (e.g., dented box) with the product in good condition does not qualify as damage.
Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Law)
In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you receive your item. You must notify us within this period and return the item within a further 14 days. Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee provides you with significantly more time and flexibility.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We cannot offer reshipment or refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address if we are not notified within 24 hours of purchase.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the courier or other factors outside our control. In such cases, please contact the courier directly.
